Mondrian Seoul Itaewon

Visually and in terms of music (played in every facility: from the bars, through elevators, to the gym) and scent it was top. It's a high standard hotel. The concierge was also helpful in communicating in Korean with vendors.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar! It had a great view and wonderful cocktails.

Spacious property with first in class gym facilities and pool options. Very convenient for connectivity, in-room service comforts, and attentive staff. Sustainability measures in toothbrush kit provision, available on request. Big king size beds.

This hotel is seriously cool and trendy, filled with artsy decorations and installations. The staff are incredibly helpful and guided us throughout our stay. Down in the basement, there are a handful of shops and restaurants, but the bookstore stole the show with its fantastic selection for all ages. Breakfast wasn't top-notch; they offered limited choices instead of a buffet like other places. But hey, there are loads of cafes nearby to explore for a morning bite!

The room and the concept of the hotel (love the furniture) were unique. They have several restaurants at the first floor and a tiny mall in the basement with coffee shops, 7 Eleven and other cute shops. The staff were friendly and professional which made the stay nicer. Slippers and other essentials were included in the room.
